The Festival this year formally opened last Oct.17,2004 (Sunday), it was started by a Mass (in the morning) at Sitio Gibalon Magallanes,Sorsogon whom according to the History it was the Place where the First Mass in Luzon was held by Fray Alonzo Jimenez.
